The process of transforming into a global innovator of high-performance products is a challenging one, but we’re proud of our progress over the past several years. New products like Trinohex Ultra, Vydyne AVS, HiDura, Acteev and ReDefyne have opened the door to new markets and are tracking with the roadmaps our customers have for their future innovations, as well.       Most people at my location were very smart and capable. Excellent teamwork.

      Recently established, privately held company is establishing a large (and expensive) bureaucracy also know as corporate HQ. These very political execs create a lot of non-value added work for staff as they jockey for position. All hat, no cattle ...
