What used to be a great job is now a joke!

Conveniently located from Alvin, pay is in the middle of the scale for the location,operators are like family,the plant has a fairly good safety record

Cons

Management is running the place in the ground,benefits are sub-par, the plant needs a union to set them straight, Human Resources is a complete joke.

I can't even describe all the reason in detail. I am not an employee that has recently been reprimanded and lashing out. But everywhere you turn , someone has , or is about to be fired for petty, lnsignificant reasons. Owners and management have lost touch with reality, and expect unrealistic goals and future visions for this company. EVERYONE IS WALKING ON EGGSHELLS ! This use to be a great company full of laughter amd smiles, that understood that mistakes could be made, and that learning from them is always the most ethical and valuable way to treat a mistake. Not anymore, sneeze wrong , and hit the door. Please sell the company already and go treat someone else this way. I've been here over 13 years. I've seen what a good company is .
