Good pay, good benefits, job security

Cons

Horrible work-life balance. If you hate off days and hate spending time with your family then apply here because you will love your job. Management drags their feet on hiring maintenance, E&I, electrical and operations positions when they become available. If a management or engineer job becomes open those are filled almost immediately.

if you don't get brought in by friends or family you'll be fighting tooth and nail to get any help with training. closes minded, don't value safety, scrape by with the bare minimum as long as they can keep the unit up
