      Pros

      The company pays well for the risk you are taking to join. Very uncertain future being a private equity owned organization.

      Cons

      So much churn and burn. No career path. They dont have a head of HR. The owner is running HR.

      Pros

      Field level and long time employees are mostly great, pay and benefits are good, interesting work in some respects

      Cons

      No respect from management, no decision making abilities, employees consistently left in the dark, the almighty dollar is the primary driver for everything, no paths for advancement, changes occur weekly with improper dissemination, secret keeping, management, management, management. Please look at the reviews of people at corporate vs. people at facilities and you will get an idea of the story

      Pros

      Knowledgeable management, operators, technicians. People are easy to talk to and provide help when needed. Very friendly work environment. Good pay.

      Cons

      Sometimes left in the dark with goal of a project. Often times would be swamped with work, sometimes have nothing to do. Not an even flow but that may just come with manufacturing.
