      Get to work with some good people that just want to make a good living and provide for their family.

      Cons

      Management always wants to change things. They don't care how hard they push their employees or their equipment. One day they're going to really mess up,but they'll just do their dumb investigation and blame on operator error or maintenance didn't do something right.

      The management SUCKS, the place is filthy as well as DANGEROUS. Al they want is more and more, with no thought of your life or safety.
