I have worked here for over 12 years, and this used to be a place where people wanted to work, near and far ....and only now, with the new management in place within the last four years, has this place Fallen to a new low. they have nothing but unrealistic expectations for engineers , safety, and operations . they believe in keeping everyone under their thumb, and leading by pointing a finger, and telling you what to do, then rather invigorating and empowering someone. the new management can't see out past their chest because it's stuck out so far, and until they decide to move on and ruin another perfectly good company this place will never be the same and will only keep going in the direction it is now. do not waste your time working here
