      Pros

      It's one big family here working as a team and I have been with them for 9 years now and I plan on staying. I can't think of anyplace that I would rather be.

      Cons

      Right now there is some construction going on expanding the shop and driver's area. We are using a different building now and we don't have our lounge to watch TV etc.. right now.

      Pros

      Great routes, home time and friendly dispatcher. Didn’t lie to me like the dispatcher at Schneider.

      Cons

      It would be nice if the planners came in at 0600, I like to start early.
