      Pros

      Work from home. Which is the majority of companies nowadays. PTO. Which you end up using because you are entirely burned out and fed up with company.

      Cons

      Merit raises. Apparently 2% is acceptable with the current inflation rate. Pay rate. Incredibly low and many associates who have been with the company over 10 years need to go to food banks and work multiple jobs to make ends meet.

      Pros

      Ascensus employees have been so supportive of me. I came from a smaller company and this one feels even smaller. Someone checks in on me at least once a day just to see what I need and how they can help me. Everyone on my team has told me to call them any time to help me.

      Cons

      The only downside is that there is a lot to learn with so many acquisitions, not necessarily a con.
