      Pros

      PTO IS PLENTY, pretty flexible schedules. Employees are nice, made a lot of friends through the years. They will buy us lunch every now and then.

      Cons

      Upper management got to their position by doing things that should not be done. They don't train you. They have favorites. No minorities in higher positions. Management doesn't follow their own rules. No bonus No raise No cell phones allowed, they don't care if you have a family or not. Sometimes you have to work on xmas and weekends during the holiday season. Again, they don't care if you have a family or not.

      Remote work (for some but not all groups - unfairly applied), Good diversity and inclusion programs

      Cons

      The CEO is too busy trying to turn the company into a "fin-tech" to fix all the broken issues and poor management. Stay away. They claim their values are: People Matter. Quality First. Integrity Always. None of this is true.

      good team members and decent pay

      Cons

      leadership does not know what they are doing, layoffs every 6 months even with record profits, outsourcing as much as they can, may be good in a pinch but you either are stuck In the same role with no increase or let go quickly - remote is nice but you will be expected to work 24/7
