A decent place to get your feet wet in the industry as you will be exposed to alot —if you can keep up. Work/life balance is pretty good and amount of PTO is great.

Cons

Not a place to stay for any significant amount of time if you are looking to grow professionally or keep your sanity. Unorganized, no real structure, and the goal post is always moving. Lots of whispering, gossiping, complaining and overall a unprofessional environment. You will be underpaid in comparison to industry standards and raises come very far and few. Very few people are offered hybrid….the expectation is to be in office 5 days a week.

-Cheap Clothes -The managers would let random customers use the bathroom -Gave certain customers opportunities to shop after hours even when the store was closed. -Management has favorites -Low Pay -If the manager didn't like you she would cut your hours
