Merchandising team is small, so you get great exposure of all aspects of the business. Fun coworkers and vendors to work with.

Cons

Limited growth and development of young workers. Managers are too busy to give feedback and take time to teach, you learn through experience.

Cons

Upper management pulls you in 5 different directions. Constantly changing priorities and goals. Very unstable work environment and financial situation.
