Nice work environment, job it self is pretty easy and satisfying, get lots of retail and customer service experience and employee discounts of 30% and 40% on special days , also dress code is not so strict

Cons

salary is not so good, and very rare to promote with in and hours are very restricted, lack of stability in the companies rules

Pros

Great place to work for fashion loving and fast paced people. Customers are very friendly. On the job training is great. Employee Discount. Good place to start if you're in high school. If you are a trustworthy worker you can accumulate more hours. work load is easy.

Cons

There are only part-time positions for sales associates. Only managers get full time positions. Hours fluctuate from time to time so one pay week you'll have 28 hrs, the next can be about 19 hours. So its hard to plan around your pay. work load is easy but its a lot to do. starting pay is about 7.15/hr. which is really not much when you are part-time. Sales associates doesn't get the luxury of benefits because they are part time. Its very hard and rare that your checks will be able to roll over for the next two weeks to come, especially if you have bills to pay. Other than that its a very fun environment to work in.

Upper "management" needs a complete revamp

Pros

They keep you "plus-sized" with all the free cheap junk food on a monthly basis so you can wear their clothes too.

Cons

Treat you like robots. Upper management has no idea what they are doing. Unoriginal and copy competitors' strategies. Low paying salary to very hard workers. Location is difficult to food for lunch.
