30% discount on all Ashley Stewart items They have great clothes The atsmosphere is inviting

Cons

Too much work, and not enough pay. As an employee of Ashley Stewart your required to take the merchandise out the shipment boxes, steam some of them, fold some of them, hang all of them...on top of the normal duties that a sales associate has....to mention the least

The chain of command is all out of wack!!!! RSM and DSM are very shady.

the company is being revamped so that should create an opportunity to move up. they are always in touch with fashion.

Cons

they are behind with how they file their paper work. the company is in a state of contempt and im not sure if they are trying to move forward.
