We recognize that operating in different timezones can cause delays and we are working to reduce them as much as possible. Brand recognition will improve with our new Marketing leader on board which is one of our primary goals for the year.

      A disaster in US

      Pros

      Not much. Decent pay, able to work remotely depending on your location

      Cons

      The US team is all former co-workers. Tons of turnover outside of that group. You get told one thing about your ramp up and expectations but the reality is far from what you’re told. The US team has performed poorly yet they don’t address why just continue to fire and hire sales and marketing. The entire marketing team in America was let go. Expectations are high in the US with little to no results so far yet no plan either.

      at s4m you can find talented and fun people, relaxed work environment, competitive salary and can learn about many different cultures

      not a lot of direction and need to wear many hats depending on your department
