      There's a good atmosphere with remarkable people on a personal and professional level. There's an emphasis on developing skills and knowledge for growth within the industry and a constant desire to innovate. There's a diverse group, with many people from all over the world. Flexible with working from home.

      Cons

      The industry is challenging because the programmatic ecosystem is constantly evolving. Little visibility into how other countries are doing.

We recognize that operating in different timezones can cause delays and we are working to reduce them as much as possible.
