A disaster in US

Pros

Not much. Decent pay, able to work remotely depending on your location

Cons

The US team is all former co-workers. Tons of turnover outside of that group. You get told one thing about your ramp up and expectations but the reality is far from what you’re told. The US team has performed poorly yet they don’t address why just continue to fire and hire sales and marketing. The entire marketing team in America was let go. Expectations are high in the US with little to no results so far yet no plan either.
