Pros

AskNicely cares about its people and culture. They only hire nice people. If you’ve ever worked with a bunch of massive egos, you can see why this would be nice! Also you are encouraged to give feedback to the leadership team (who are all down to earth). It’s a company where you’re voice matters and you are valued for who you are.

Cons

It is a true startup. We don’t have everything figured out, but that’s actually a positive in my mind.

Pros

1/ Beautiful, intuitive platform that has solid product market fit, endorsed by 1000+ customers using it to increase their performance. 2/ Passionate, driven, innovative and supportive culture, grounded in attracting talent and empowering them to do the best work of their lives. 3/ Amazing team of talented and welcoming people that show up everyday for each other and to get after the big opportunity.

Cons

Start ups are not for the faint of heart. Like any startup at this stage you need to be a self starter that can onboard yourself, the good news that everyone is here to help, the minute you ask.
