Crappy top management

Pros

Everything before 2022 going awesome

Cons

The situation at the company took a turn when new top management assumed control following the acquisition by Alpine investors. Unfortunately, the new management consists of individuals who may lack the necessary experience to effectively lead a software company. It appears that hiring decisions are being influenced by personal connections and friendships, as evidenced by a new VP hiring their entire team from their previous company. Additionally, there has been a noticeable shift in the team culture from one that was motivational to an environment that seems to demotivate employees. The company has also had to carry out layoffs, which has understandably dampened the spirits of those remaining.

Pros

Great training and its paid and it gets busy through out the day

Cons

I was with the company for 2 years ever since they lost the bid on the federal contracts for reservations there's no room for increase for hours I made one mistake on the Colorado contract which was a system issue I told them about and I was immediately kicked off the contract and never allowed back so between the low pay and hours and the bad communication with team management I decided to leave the company one of the hardest thing I could do cause I did enjoy working for aspira but with three kids to raise and begin lucky if I made 400 every 2 weeks 800 a month before taxes wasnt enough to get by figured with my dedication I've shown over the past 2 years they would want to keep me and find a solution and not let me walk away but they were quick to approve my termination and let me go.
