If you want to work with foster children, this company is great! The families are loving and the children are interesting and fun to work with.

Cons

too much driving, no work/life balance. too much paperwork. If you want to have a job where your car, nerves, and home life will disappear, work here. Training indadequate, support nearly non-existant.

They have competitive pay, co-workers are supportive, and the clientele are amazing people.

Cons

Mangers talk negatively about employees to others. There is a great deal of micro managing. When you call out sick they still call you and make you work.
