Consistent hours, Great people to work with. Impact communities.

Cons

Wages are not competitive. No raises for 3 years even as prices and housing gets more expensive. Job duties do not match up with the pay. Burn out is high amongst other staff members in different positions.

Good experience to grow from. Coworkers were small but very helpful when it came to navigating things.

Cons

I was part time so I didn’t receive benefits which I understood so definitely look for full time if you need benefits
