It's incredible to hear how fulfilling your experience was in mentoring and guiding youth toward adulthood. Making a real difference in people’s lives is what we’re all about, and we’re glad you found the role both rewarding and well-supported by your team. Pros

Aspiranet not only cares for and provides excellent services to at risk children and families across California, but they also care about their employees. The benefits are the best around and they offer at least 12 holidays (plus two more floating days and a birthday holiday)! The vacation time continues to accrue and sick time is separate! They recognize and encourage self care. Staff can set their own schedules with clients and have a lot of autonomy when meeting productivity expectations which are quite reasonable. Many opportunities for career development especially for those just out of college or grad school. Clinical supervision both individual and group is included!

Cons

In some positions, the hourly rate or salary could be improved.
