they over work all staff. The MFT's have it the worst. Because they're salaried positions they take advantage and give them huge loads of work that can in no way be under 40hours a week.

Highly flexible with hours and schedule. They were always willing to work around my school schedule.

Cons

Management didn't do or provide as much support as needed. Most of the employees were burnt out and didn't receive as much acknowledgement for the work they had provided.
