Pros

Great people dedicated to helping kids. Its really tough work and not for everybody but Aspiranet is a great complany to work for. Some of these unhappy reviews are from people who were interested in themselves and not the kids. I feel supported every day by my coworkers and management. Helping kids is the best!

Cons

The pay isn't great and the hours can be long.

Working with the kids if you want to work A LOT of hours this place will surely give them to you

Poor Management works you like a dog don't bring a complaint to management because they will tell who made the complaint and let them read it. They keep you as part-time so they don't have to pay you benefits but will work you over 50 plus hours, pay will be messed up time sheets changed. do not use are reference because they will bash you even if you were a good worker
