Pros

Lots of great training of skills and knowledge growth.

Cons

Focus too much on Disciplining and penalizing. Staff become easily discouraged and always fearful, which takes away from staff being successful.

Thank you for leaving your review. Aspiranet is a strong advocate for sharing both positive and constructive feedback, not just at your annual performance review but throughout the year, as needed. I am not familiar with a penalizing process you refer to, but I do encourage you to reach out to HR if you have any questions.
