Pros

Work and life balance is manageable. Work can be challenging at times, but achieving positive family outcomes and stabilizing family units are priceless. Positive Work environment and management genuinely care and value their employees and their excellent service delivery. Agency provides excellent training and they value self care for employees as the work can be challenging and exhausting. The Agency is strength based and promotes HOPE for the children and youth. The Agency is TJC accredited and speaks to the excellent service delivery and positive Client Satisfactions Surveys.

Cons

Employer Turnover impacts service delivery and caseload ratios, etc. Agency has many employees with longevity and commitment to the work while sometimes agency is a stepping stone for training and experience and employee leave to another system such as schools, MH, and or prison system for benefits and salary opportunities.

Pros

The agency puts a lot of thought into training leaders to be good at what they do, and backs up what they say with action. Aspiranet offers great service programs to the community and looks to grow, but knows when to say no. Staff and management know how to create sustainable, effective programs.

Cons

Like any nonprofit, it's hard to provide the pay and benefits that compete with for-profit or government agencies.
