Pros

Great team work and coworkers. We are supportive of one another. The quality of the work we are doing is very high and brings great pride.

Cons

Retirement, stressful work environment. Kids are extremely tough these days and despite the extensive training and support provided the challenges are still very high.

Pros

Co-workers were great to work with. Good teamwork and gained valuable experience. Working with disadvantage and trouble kids and made a difference in some of their lives.

Cons

Poor benefits. Retirement is extremely poor. Management has no idea what the workers do and are not up with the times. Management does not adhere to the values of the company. Absolutely no integrity from management. Pay is terrible with increases 3,5 and 10 years increments. After 10 yrs no increase. Not family friendly place or family friendly work place.
