Cons

Management de-values longevity/experience, making years of experience, a liability. They are looking for ways to decrease costs, but unfortunately go about it by replacing loyal employees with low-cost alternatives. They have facility managers who have no medical background, making it impossible to run an effective staff, or offer support/input.

Cons

Mangers and some directors tend to resemble the personalities of henchmen looking to lead by fear tactics. Really hurts morale and upper leadership is either clueless about it or encourages behavior.
