Pros

- Constant opportunities for growth/ promotions within the company - Very competitive salary compared to industry - At least 20 PTO days - Good work/life balance - Great people to work with, fun office environment - Great Benefits

Cons

- Could work on additional training opportunities (presentation training, CE meetings, etc.) - Office politics - Growing pains - may have added too many sales reps to one territory or too little

Pros

Nice work hours - ability to do some work from home. The pay and the benefits are decent.

Cons

The managers got there by sucking up. No room for growth. The quarterly meetings are all rah rah crap the higher ups spew to hear themselves talk - no one else really got much out of it.
