Pros

Profitable business model with some smart people. If you can underdeliver and embellish your achievements like any other place, you can rise very quickly.

Cons

PE not real interested in addressing this extremely top-heavy organization. Lot of parasites that add very little relative value to the business. Many good people have left already.

Benefits are pretty good but the overall job sucks

Cons

The actual call center is a hard job, hard to move laterally/ up in company if you do one bad call.
