Pros

Great positioning of product, CEO has got a vision and plan and is sticking to it. Nice company perks and benefits.

Cons

Operations side driven by top-down, heavy-handed management style, which leads to unreasonable deadlines and CYA behavior. Often reactive in approach, instead of being proactive. Brand decisions often sidelined by "get it done" attitude, which leads to larger issues with messaging and consistency later on.

Pros

Young colleagues and fast pace. They often cater lunch and the company is growing quickly.

Cons

Not very diverse and definitely a boys club. Very little transparency in the sales department with lots of favoritism and a dash of nepotism, but as long as you play the game you’ll be fine.
