Constant changes have created a period of instability and low morale, hybrid work but no meaningful in-office perks to support or incentivize it, actual office environment feels dated—cubicle-heavy, gray, and not conducive to collaboration or energy, weak company culture which seems to be continuing to fade with limited emphasis on employee engagement or feedback, communication around major changes is often vague, misleading, or unclear

New Product leaders came in 2025 and immediately created a Bro culture that was not here before. They let the Bros talk in all the meetings and schedule another meeting for more bro talk. Stuff is not getting done. These bros blame the people who have to pick up their slack and do their jobs and their own. Deadlines are missed, the products are more broken. All because the new GVPs and VPs are aligned with the bros. So if you're not a bro, maybe don't work here.
