Pros

Nice work hours - ability to do some work from home. The pay and the benefits are decent.

Cons

The managers got there by sucking up. No room for growth. The quarterly meetings are all rah rah crap the higher ups spew to hear themselves talk - no one else really got much out of it.

Opportunity to grow within department and across departments. Management is open to new ideas and feedback. Interesting work with technology based company in the financial services sector.

Cons

Difficult work conditions with mandatory overtime. Micromanagement of professional staff. Lots of changes created by multiple new owners.
