Pros

Salary- Nice Employees- 8 Week 'Training'- Clock in Clock Out

Cons

Changed my hours from 8 am to 5am after training with no heads up leaving to wake up at 3:30AM everyday. Poor Training because they only train you on how to do 5% of the expected call questions. Poor Team Lead Management where they are passive aggressive and favor other employees. The Management also gossips about trainees and current employees behind their back. Meant to keep you on the phones as customer service. Employees have to problem solve and fix account issues where there is little guidence while the advisors expect a fix immedately. Taking PTO leads you to HR! Women management are sexist to male employees. Was lied to about getting the opportunity to get licensed, and about moving on. There is no growth- whether you are behind the phones or behind the computer you do the same type of work.

Pros

Pros include the benefits and coworkers.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Perpetually understaffed and expect too much from employees.
