They told me when they hired me I would make $17 an hour but when I received my first pay check it was only $15 an hour and nothing but excuses after that. They under staff the maintenance department and over work you. No room for growth unless you know people. Expensive benefits. Toxic work environment. Management doesn't care about maintenance employees. Saw office staff get praise and bonuses week in week out but not even an at a boy for anyone in the maintenance department and property maintenance is what they do! One week my company cell phone belt clip broke and they could not even replace it. One of the worst companies I have ever work for. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!

There is no training and it’s either you get it or you don’t. They Overload you with 9 or more associations and you are unwilling to provide your best to make each board of directors happy. Pay high in health insurance! Pay the managers more money as you expect a lot from them and you pull them away from their families!
