Pros
The many people I have employed and gotten to work with in the past 5 or so years. That is the lone bright spot for me. Without them I would have left this company some time ago. Knowing I will be leaving for a better opportunity without the incompetence I have worked with now for about 5 months makes that the top pro I can share.
Cons
The Dallas based leadership team has run this company down a dark path, quickly. Ever since the owner pushed his own son out to follow the lead of the current President the decline in the company is obvious to all. The company used to care about people and doing what was right. Today, the new leaders brought in do not know the industry, branch leaders like myself have to spend our time training our bosses who have come from retail and other non-related business and outside of making decisions based on a financial statement they do not know the business and make clear to everyone they are here to prop up earnings in order to prepare the company for a sale. They even talk about it when they are in the office.
