Pros

Great benefits, Paid Time off and flexibility with vacation requests.

Cons

No control at the branch level. Leadership at head quarters never managed a community yet made ridiculous decisions and processes. Lack of support for the thankless job of being a manager. Elevated staff based upon whether they drank the kool aide. Let go many upper management loyal employees in 2017.

none horrible company not enough staff, no training, to many responsibilities without any support from upper management. If you are not the VP fav list forget it she will get you fired from the company!!!
