Pros

Upper management is so clueless you can disappear for an afternoon and they won't even know your gone

Cons

No support from supervisors, manager are expendable and subject to verbal abuse by board members without backing of your manager. More paperwork than you can possibly imagine. No job satisfaction. No employee feedback wanted. Company president needs to retire to Florida. Ask a question and you will either be ignored or told you don't get it. The money sucks and they give your cell phone number to the board members ???

There are some really nice people there.

Cons

Its amazing how many people this company continues to burn through. No one stays very long as the company's ethics are lousy and they couldn't care about their employees. They care even less about their clients. The owner is a Senator and lets his son make all the decisions now and between the two of them they are killing the company. They are firing whole departments at a time.

The CEO doesn’t trust his HQ employees to work from home and has now implemented a 4/1 workweek under the guise of “family” and “collaboration”, but actually is an out dated and out of touch mentality that speaks more to micromanagement rather than trust and care. Not to mention that they implemented this policy citing other companies that have done the same (cough, cough Amazon) but fail to pay their employees competitively, pay for benefits, or any other compensation and benefits that Amazon offers their employees.
