Management is corrupt, disorganized, selfish. You will be thrown into the job and trained by those around you, not by superiors (aka not the right way). Company has poor benefits and no motivation. No idea how they received “best place to work” two years in a row, I never once met someone who genuinely liked the company or their job. Threats are endless and HR does nothing to support you when you are terrified about your job security or when you claim hostile work environment. I’m sure other branches are ok to work, but stay away from the CSSC. Some serious change needs to be done before it’s a suitable and healthy workplace.

Horrible, unsupportive people are in charge. No real training. Lots of turnover for very OBVIOUS reasons. Team members are taken advantage of and completely overwhelmed with no real support or appreciation. No bonuses. Benefits are very expensive. Low pay, high expectations.
