      Started out strong, current leadership is exhausting with all of the micromanaging and rude behavior

      Pros

      National company with options if you move. CEO and those in higher leadership areas are genuine and seem to care, just need to focus on the little guy more, they may have more to offer than you realize

      Cons

      Trying too hard to be a full package and losing sight of true purpose of a management company in the HOA industry. Leadership qualities are poor in the local branch with high stress, leading to burn out.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with. Coming to work was like seeing your best friends. We worked great as a team.

      Cons

      My new VP boss doesn't even say hello to me. Turning the office really cold - unpleasant. She says inappropriate things - if you don't do it you can work somewhere else. My coworkers are stressed by her.
