      No pros to working here.

      Cons

      This location lacks structure. There is no leadership from upper management. Watch the webinars is all they have to offer. No personal interaction. They half lost half their portfolio. There is so much turnover here. I believe 15 employees have come and gone. They can't seem to keep employees. This is a huge red flag.

      Great local team, corporate is the problem. Take the 4 pillars posters and wallpaper John's private toilet I'm sure he's proud of the idea and can admire one of his best con jobs while thinking of something else to placate the surfs.

      DALLAS This a sinking ship and no one is baling or seems to care, the band is playing while all the clients are jumping ship.

      Upper management is not organized and very disrespectful. No matter how much hard work you put in you will never be recognize and they will under pay you. No job security
