      Pros

      Great co-workers and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of support when it is needed most. Nobody seems to know what the President's job is. Unfortunately, the Manager's required accounting and administrative duties are priority over managing the communities.

      Great team of people - local office works well together - company as a whole lacks in communication and departments don't understand each other's functions.

      Cons

      Company values external clients over internal - high turnover. The company vision is great but the reality is that the focus on growth seems to override delivering on promises.

      A mix of office and outside work. No one micro-managing because they are as overworked as you are.

      Cons

      Very little training, lots of OJT. Lots of manager turnover. Too many properties, too few people, not enough $$$ to put up with the headaches.
