Great team of people - local office works well together - company as a whole lacks in communication and departments don't understand each other's functions.

Cons

Company values external clients over internal - high turnover. The company vision is great but the reality is that the focus on growth seems to override delivering on promises.

Great Location with amazing views and parking is included for mid level positions and up. Great bonding amongst coworkers, which creates an inviting atmosphere and constant updates on market trends.
