      Great company to work for. Higher ups are very supportive and involved. They truley care about thier employees. I couldn't be any happier!

      Pros

      No pros found in the 1.5 yrs I was there. Everything they say it's a lie.

      Cons

      No training. It's either sink or swim but they hold you responsible from day one. They throw you into the ring with no training. Vendor portal and accounting is a mess.

      Pros

      Great co-workers they help more than Senior Staff. There are no pros but you get to work remotely which does not matter since you work an extra 40 hours a week with meetings. Needless to say they still want you in office 24-7

      Cons

      The initial training is terrible, they sit you down and expect you to read not knowing what you need. They micromanage and give unreal expectations and deadlines. They say we are a family company but they are not they don't care what you do or struggles. Turnovers are horrible, you can't keep track of last person you spoke to since their is no accountability.
