      Pros

      Technology is ahead of all competitors. Career tracks are clear and well supported! Large company means you can transfer anywhere domestic or international and still remain part of the family. Associa is here to stay and I value the stability and family atmosphere!

      Cons

      Innovation and technology is not for everyone. Those that practice "old school" management have a hard time adapting to the future of the industry but for those who enjoy being with a leader then this is the place!

      Associa has great benefits, company culture, communication and management support.

      Cons

      The company rolls out new initiatives that are often not ready for prime time. To their benefit they are leading the way on many programs but have not worked out the bugs in many cases.

      Pros

      Associa is the innovator and leader in the industry which makes things very exciting, as change is always happening. I get to work with talented people who are passionate about the industry. If you are wanting a fast paced environment where your opinion counts and every day is not cookie cutter but offers new challenges, this is the place to go. Also, you are not just boxed in with your day to day job duties, if you see something outside of your normal responsibilities that you can do to help improve a process or improve anything, they promote an environment for allowing you to do that. Just know what you now own that project or initiative and be careful what you are taking on so it does not consume and take away from why you were hired to begin with.

      Cons

      With innovation and constant change you are often setting the course in unchartered waters. That means working out bugs and process/system refinements often occur. That can be frustrating at times until you see the finished product be something much better than what we had before. Work/Life balance can also be a challenge at times, if you allow it. It is fast paced and sometimes running a marathon at a sprint pace can wear you down if you don't make sure you maintain that work/life balance.
