Pros

Most of the people I work with and direct supervisor are great.

Cons

Ignore any prior reviews about workplaxe flexibility or remote work. While some locations may still have this, the CEO is moving as fast as possible to eliminate these benefits. CEO is completely out of touch. Moved HDQ to new buildings to show off how great working in an office is, meanwhile, his employees are more miserable than ever. He has 0 regard for the people actually doing the work or how much folks have quit and complained about his mandates. Laughable 401K match, taking away current benefits to fund this pitiful match and having outrageously expensive healthcare benefits....all while paying below market rate. It's no wondering this company is a revolving door.

Pros

• The people I work with are truly exceptional. My teammates are collaborative, supportive, and the only reason this job remains fulfilling at all. • The work itself can be meaningful when you’re supported by the right people.

Cons

• The mandatory five day office schedule is completely disconnected from the actual work being done. My entire role consists of virtual meetings with teams across the country, none of which benefit from being physically onsite. • Leadership asks for employee feedback, but major decisions repeatedly show that our opinions carry no real influence. The messaging says we’re valued, but the actions contradict that. • Compensation is below market, and strong performance doesn’t lead to recognition or meaningful raises. In many cases, high performers simply receive more work, more pressure, and less flexibility. • The overall culture unintentionally punishes those who excel. Instead of support or reward, you’re asked to stretch even further with no added benefit. • Morale has dropped sharply, and the five day office mandate has accelerated that decline by removing one of the few meaningful benefits employees had left.

Pros

Competitive pay but below standards and benefits for technical roles. Some talented, hardworking peers who genuinely care about their work. Modern infrastructure initiatives underway (Meraki, Cisco, cloud migrations).

Cons

Leadership creates a toxic and intimidating environment where communication is one-sided and support is minimal. Unrealistic job expectations not aligned with actual job descriptions — including being asked to perform unsafe physical labor outside a technical role. Lack of transparency and respect from management; constructive feedback often ignored or met with hostility. ADA accommodations and employee wellness concerns are not handled appropriately or compassionately. Performance “improvement” plans are used as termination tools rather than development opportunities
