      No pros to speak of anymore. All the real pros went out the door years ago.

      Cons

      Benefits are very prohibitively expensive. You will be forced to drink the kool-aid but will not get respect in kind in return. Big disconnect between top level management and the rest of the company. Infighting among departments, and from the home office and the branches. Infrastructure is cobbled together, recent centralized accounting process has caused many accounting mishaps, unhappy customers, and unhappy employees.
