A mix of office and outside work. No one micro-managing because they are as overworked as you are.

Cons

Very little training, lots of OJT. Lots of manager turnover. Too many properties, too few people, not enough $$$ to put up with the headaches.

Really have enjoyed these last two years. Great place to work! !!! Have learned so much from dedicated, loyal and friendly employees. Management is very involved in assuring success at every level.

Fair pay, very comfortable environment, happy coworkers. While this office can be laid-back, it can also be a fast paced environment so if you get too comfortable you will fall behind. You must be a self starter and not be intimidated to work a little out of your comfort zone. Use your brain -- THINK -- and be a problem solver. This job can push you, but it's nothing beyond anyone's reach. It's simple. The VP is extremely accommodating and respectful. We're a small close-knit office, so if you treat your coworkers like you treat your family, they will treat you like family. I love working here! Very happy and an overall rewarding experience.
