      Pros

      Great benefits, pleasant work atmosphere. Easy job. The pay is good for the job.

      Cons

      Demeaning job title. The staff/boss is very unprofessional. During March and April, you will be required to work 50+ hours per week. There is no room for career growth in this position. I honestly can say I learned ZERO in this job except that it's extremely important to suck up to your boss at all times. And do it better than your coworkers. Your job performance means nothing, only your rep with the boss.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule when needed, cloud based system, pays CAI designations and courses, and overall benefits are decent. Coworkers are friendly for the most part and helpful.

      Cons

      Accounting shared service conversion has taken its toll on workloads with no end in sight. Owner payments have been lost, invoices paid late, and serious billing and accounting errors occurred due to lack of training. Ultimately the community manager is responsible and takes a compensation reduction when the client goes elsewhere. Commissioned portfolios encourage managers to take on more and provide clients less.

      Associa is the leader in innovative and progressive technology. Security of the Association's funds are ultimately the goal. We have many proceedures in place to keep funds. safe.

      Itis a lot to learn when you first get all the new procedures.
