I have been with the company for over 12 years. I have found many opportunities to advance my career and received a lot of support from my supervisors. There is a great sense of family in my branch and I really enjoy coming to work each day. The leadership cares about the employees and shares information openly. I have been able to achieve a very satisfying work life balance here.

Cons

Improvements are being made to the benefits but the process is slow. While I feel very connected to my branch office, I sometimes struggle to feel connected to the rest of the company.

Technology is ahead of all competitors. Career tracks are clear and well supported! Large company means you can transfer anywhere domestic or international and still remain part of the family. Associa is here to stay and I value the stability and family atmosphere!

Cons

Innovation and technology is not for everyone. Those that practice "old school" management have a hard time adapting to the future of the industry but for those who enjoy being with a leader then this is the place!
