Associa is the innovator and leader in the industry which makes things very exciting, as change is always happening. I get to work with talented people who are passionate about the industry. If you are wanting a fast paced environment where your opinion counts and every day is not cookie cutter but offers new challenges, this is the place to go. Also, you are not just boxed in with your day to day job duties, if you see something outside of your normal responsibilities that you can do to help improve a process or improve anything, they promote an environment for allowing you to do that. Just know what you now own that project or initiative and be careful what you are taking on so it does not consume and take away from why you were hired to begin with.

Although, I have only worked here for almost 2 weeks, I can tell with all the warm welcomes, family like values, and eagerness to help, that I have chosen to work for a great company. I was at my previous job for about 5 years, so it is a little nerve racking to make a change and that you are making the right one, I'm so glad I did!!
